After earning a B.A. in Music and minor in Chemistry at the University of Miami, Dr. Koshy-Nesbitt attended the University of Miami School of Medicine where she earned her medical degree with Research Distinction. Her Residency and Internship Training took place in the Department of Internal Medicine, University of Maryland Medical System where she served a year as Chief Resident. Her fellowships include Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology and General Cardiology at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center/ Parkland Memorial Hospital. Dr. Koshy-Nesbitt is finishing an executive MBA in HealthCare Management program at UT Dallas / Naveen Jindal School of Management. She is a member of the American College of Physician Executives. She has served as a hospital Medical Director, and currently does consulting work for hospital systems that serve the Dallas-Fort Worth Area.
