Jill Krasner

Jill is currently employed at Geisinger Medical Center in the Department of Anesthesiology and Critical Care Medicine. While at Geisinger Jill has been involved in several hospital projects and her clinical responsibilities include working as an Anesthesiologist in an MD-CRNA model and an Intensivist with residents and physician assistants in a mixed medical and surgical adult intensive care unit. Jill received her MD at Temple University School of Medicine in 1989 with a premedical science degree in Neurology and Immunology of Multiple Sclerosis from the University of Pennsylvania.
She also received a Bachelor’s Degree in German Literature from Bryn Mawr College. Jill’s post-graduate training included surgery at University of Chicago Hospital and Temple University Hospital and Anesthesiology at Temple University Hospital. She completed her Critical Care Fellowship at University of Florida. Jill is a member of the American Society of Anesthesia and has written several research publications and peer-reviewed abstracts, as well a book chapter in her field of study.
