Currently, Dr. Kumar is President of Big Lake Cancer Center located in Okeechobee, Florida. He received his medical degree at Bellary Gulbarga University in India. Subsequently, he performed residencies in Pediatrics at Bangalore Medical College in India, as well as Internal Medicine and Radiation Oncology at Wayne State University in Michigan. He co-founded Coastal Radiation Oncology and Coastal Cyberknife & Radiation Oncology, both also located in Florida. Dr. Kumar co-wrote the best-selling book “FIGHT FOR YOUR DREAMS” with Les Brown and is a member of the American Cancer Society, American Society of Radiation Oncology, Florida Medical Association, American Medical Association, and Okeechobee-Saint Lucie County Medical Society.
