Charisse is known as a skilled team-builder who facilitates advancement of ideas and projects with a demonstrated ability to establish a vision, set strategy and implement leadership development programs. Most recently she was involved with the American College of Physician Executives (ACPE), the country’s leading association for physician leadership, in Tampa, Florida.
Charisse served as a member of ACPE’s senior management team, including active participation in strategic planning, executive board sessions. Charisse’s involvement as Senior Manager of Membership & Community at ACPE saw her cooperatively develop and manage recruitment and retention campaigns increasing the organization’s membership by 18%.
In the future, Charisse plans to continue supporting mission-driven leadership and project management in executing organizations’ talent development strategies. Charisse earned her Bachelor of Arts in Applied Behavioral Science from National Louis University in Tampa, Florida. She has been trained at DiSC, Train the Trainer, Leadership Resources & Consulting and is also a candidate as a Certified Professional in Learning & Performance, Association for Talent Development with an anticipated completion in April 2015. Charisse is currently a member of the Association for Talent Development. Her past professional affiliations include the American Society of Association Executives and Society for Human Resource Management.
